- The prices apply for a minimum stay of 4 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 or 4 persons.
- For every additional person we charge 25 €/night.
- For stays of less than 4 days there is a surcharge of 22 € per apartment and night.
- The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay (2,40 € per day and person above 14 years of age)

- You have free access to almost 90 museums in South Tyrol. From the Brixen Diocesan museum with its centuries old treasures to the South Tyrolean archaeology museum with the world-famous “Ötzi”
- Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
- The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
- The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. Pets
For your four-legged family members we charge 20 € per day (food is not included). Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Booking
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 300 € per week has been paid. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Payment
Please pay cash on site. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 1.000 €. The following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer.
Arrival and departure
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 2 pm. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 2 pm. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10 am. Other times are possible upon request.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code. According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):
- You may cancel your reservation until 90 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee. We will retain only the deposit. In case of a cancellation between 89 days before arrival and the booked day of arrival, following cancellation fees apply:
- Cancellation until 30 days before arrival: 50 % of the full price; cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 100 % of the full price.
- In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.
Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.
Cancellation insurance
In order to avoid the debit of cancellation fees due to healthy or other justified reasons, we suggest you to apply for our cancellation insurance.
